Terms of service.

These Terms of Service govern your access to FORCALABS’s website and creative workspace (the “Service”). “FORCALABS,” “we,” and “us” mean FORCALABS. Business and support details are provided on our Contact page. “You” means the individual or organisation using the Service.

By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these terms. If you act for an organisation, you confirm that you can bind it to these terms. You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter into this agreement. Do not use the Service if you do not agree.

The Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled. Our Refund Policy forms part of these terms. Separate terms presented at checkout apply to the payment transaction. Nothing here removes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

FORCALABS helps you create social-media carousels using saved brand information, prompts, reference images, a media library, and AI-assisted text and images. Features include workspaces, reusable characters, editing, and downloads. Available features and limits depend on your plan and the descriptions shown when you purchase.

Generation is processed in a queue and can take longer during high demand. Estimates are not guaranteed completion times. External platform approval, account eligibility, connection permissions, and service availability can affect integrations. A TikTok-ready download does not mean FORCALABS can publish directly to TikTok.

Provide accurate account information, keep your sign-in credentials and verification codes private, and tell us promptly about suspected unauthorised access. You are responsible for activity you authorise, and for giving collaborators appropriate access. Do not access another person’s account or workspace without permission.

Keep a current email address so you can receive account and billing notices. You may manage your profile and security settings in the app. Account closure and personal-data requests can be made through Contact; cancelling a subscription is a separate action.

Credits are an account-wide allowance for metered creation features, not money, cryptocurrency, or a transferable asset. They cannot be exchanged for cash except through an eligible payment refund. Prices, included credits, billing intervals, and applicable limits are displayed on the pricing page and at checkout.

Generation may reserve credits before work begins and settle the final charge after processing. Unused reservations and eligible failed-job charges are returned to your balance. This is a credit adjustment, not a refund to your payment method. Credit-consuming actions and their costs are shown in the product. Text editing and downloads do not themselves consume generation credits, but free features may have fair-use or daily limits.

Subscription payments provide the credit allowance for the purchased billing period. One-time packs, including custom packs, are separate purchases. Any expiry or rollover condition must be disclosed with the offer; these terms do not introduce an undisclosed credit expiry. Workspace, concurrency, daily-use, and other plan limits still apply even when you have credits available.

Do not resell accounts or credits, automate around limits, or exploit mistakes in the credit balance. We may correct demonstrable accounting errors and explain the adjustment. Material price or allowance changes apply prospectively, with any notice or consent required by law.

Payments are processed through Polar, our merchant of record and authorised reseller. The checkout shows the price, currency, billing frequency, and applicable taxes. Polar’s Buyer Terms also govern the transaction. FORCALABS does not collect or store your full payment-card number.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the disclosed interval until cancelled. You authorise recurring charges on that basis. Cancel through the Subscription section of your account or the applicable billing portal before the next renewal. A confirmed cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the paid period; access continues through that period unless a refund, account closure, or justified suspension changes the entitlement. Buying a one-time pack does not by itself start a subscription.

Cancellation prevents future renewals; it does not automatically refund the current period or unused credits. Refunds, including technical-failure and billing-error requests, are handled under the Refund Policy. You retain the right to dispute an unauthorised charge or use any remedy available under law or the payment provider’s rules.

You retain the rights you already hold in uploaded images, brand materials, prompts, and other inputs. You must have the rights and permissions needed to upload, process, modify, and publish them, including relevant copyright, trademark, privacy, and likeness permissions. Obtain meaningful permission before using an identifiable person as a reference or character. A publicly available image is not automatically free to use.

You give FORCALABS and the service providers needed to operate it a limited, non-exclusive licence to host, copy, process, adapt, and transmit your inputs and outputs to provide the features you request, secure the Service, and resolve support issues. This is not permission to advertise your private content publicly. Retention after deletion requests is addressed in the Privacy Policy.

As between you and FORCALABS, you may use generated output, including commercially, to the extent permitted by applicable law and the rights attached to any included material. We assign to you any rights we may hold in output created for you. AI output may not qualify for copyright and may resemble other users’ output. We do not promise exclusivity, ownership of third-party material, or freedom from third-party claims. Library assets, fonts, and other licensed material remain subject to their applicable licences.

FORCALABS’s software, branding, interface, and other service materials remain ours or our licensors’. Your subscription gives you access to the Service, not ownership of that software or its branding.

AI can produce inaccurate facts, distorted images, biased or inappropriate content, unintended similarities, and inconsistent results. An image of a person, product, result, or event is not evidence that it is real. Review every output before downloading, relying on, or publishing it. Check claims, permissions, spelling, brand accuracy, and any disclosures your audience needs.

Do not present fictional testimonials, synthetic endorsements, fabricated results, or generated likenesses as genuine. Clearly disclose AI-generated or altered content when required by law, advertising rules, or the platform where you publish. You remain responsible for substantiating marketing claims and following rules for regulated subjects and products.

FORCALABS does not provide medical, legal, financial, or other regulated professional advice. It does not guarantee views, engagement, conversions, revenue, platform approval, or continued access to a social account. Illustrative feed previews and engagement figures are examples, not measured customer results or promises.

You must not use FORCALABS to create, upload, promote, or distribute:

• Illegal content, child sexual exploitation material, sexual content involving minors, or non-consensual intimate imagery.
• Fraud, phishing, deceptive impersonation, fabricated evidence, or misleading endorsements and advertisements.
• Content that infringes intellectual-property, privacy, or publicity rights; targeted harassment; threats; or material promoting violence or hatred against protected groups.
• Malware, stolen credentials, confidential information you cannot lawfully share, or content intended to bypass safety systems or facilitate wrongdoing.

Do not disrupt the Service, evade access or usage controls, perform unauthorised security testing, or scrape private content. We and our providers may reject, flag, restrict, or remove content or jobs for safety, legal, or security reasons. Automated checks can make mistakes and do not replace your own review. Report an error or request a review through Contact.

You download the slides FORCALABS creates and post them yourself on whichever platform you choose. You are responsible for the content, the caption, the destination, and any disclosures that platform or your local law requires.

Those platforms have their own terms, policies, and limits, which apply to anything you post there. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by Instagram, Meta, or TikTok merely because the Service helps you create content suitable for them.

We may maintain, update, or change the Service. We will give reasonable notice of material changes to paid features or discontinuation when practicable and provide any remedy required by law. The Service is not guaranteed to be uninterrupted or error-free. Keep your own copies of important exports.

We may proportionately restrict or suspend access for a material breach, non-payment, fraud, security risk, or legal requirement. Where appropriate, we will explain the reason and allow you to respond or remedy the issue; urgent safety or legal matters may require immediate action. Contact us to request a review. Any refund entitlement is assessed under the Refund Policy and applicable law, not automatically forfeited by suspension.

You can stop using the Service at any time. Cancel a renewing subscription separately and request account closure if needed. Terms concerning payment obligations, content rights, dispute resolution, and liability continue where needed after access ends.

Except for express commitments and rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, the Service is provided as available without additional warranties of uninterrupted availability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or a specific AI result.

To the extent permitted by law, FORCALABS is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, lost business opportunities, or losses arising from content you publish without appropriate review. Our total liability arising from the Service is limited to the greater of the fees you paid for the Service in the 12 months before the claim arose and US$100.

These limits do not apply to fraud, deliberate misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that applicable law does not allow us to exclude or limit. They do not remove statutory guarantees or the remedies available to consumers for a defective or misdescribed service.

If you use FORCALABS for a business, you are responsible, to the extent permitted by law, for reasonable third-party claim costs caused by your unlawful inputs, unauthorised use of another person’s rights, or material breach of these terms. This does not cover claims caused by FORCALABS’s own breach or wrongdoing. We will notify you and allow reasonable participation in the defence; no settlement may impose obligations on you without your consent.

Please contact us so we can try to resolve a problem. Doing so does not prevent you from contacting Polar, your payment provider, a regulator, or a competent court, and is not a condition of exercising a statutory right. These terms do not impose mandatory arbitration or waive class, collective, or consumer claims.

The applicable law and courts are determined by the rules that apply to the parties and the transaction. No wording here deprives consumers of mandatory protections or access to courts available where they live.

We may update these terms as the Service changes. We will update the date above and provide advance notice of material changes through the Service or your account email where required. Changes are prospective and do not retroactively remove rights attached to an existing purchase. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining terms continue to apply to the extent lawful.
